SONEE Consulting is currently managing the detailed design and construction activities in relation to PUP services, including contract administration for the recently awarded Stage 3 contract on behalf of the client Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR). SONEE Consulting was the Project Manager for Early Works delivery activities involving newly relocated PUP, including design, procurement and construction activities.  SONEE Consulting evaluated tenders and was part of contract development and negotiation team for the main contract. SONEE Consulting managed the procurement and delivery of survey and PUP site investigations as part of the procurement stage of the main contract. 

SONEE Consulting was the Project Manager for Early Works activities involving survey, environmental, geotechnical and utility investigations on behalf of the client ARTC.  SONEE Consulting evaluated tenders and was part of contract development and negotiation team for the main contract. SONEE Consulting managed the procurement and delivery of survey and PUP site investigations as part of the procurement stage of the main contract. SONEE Consulting developed concept and detailed designs, managed stakeholders and developed contract documentation and strategies as part of the main contract procurement. 

SONEE Consulting managed the detailed design and established processes for the administration of various elements of the projects numerous contracts on behalf of the client Transport for NSW (TfNSW) . SONEE Consulting evaluated tenders and was part of contract development and negotiation team for the each of the 5 major contracts. SONEE Consulting managed the procurement and delivery of survey and PUP site investigations as part of the procurement stage of the main contract.  SONEE Consulting developed concept and detailed designs, managed stakeholders and developed contract documentation and strategies as part of the main contract procurement. SONEE Consulting acted as the Constructability Manager for the preliminary business case, including developing project schedules. 

SONEE Consulting developed traffic staging diagrams and constructability inputs including programs and budgets on behalf of the contractor CPB/ John Holland JV for stage 1B. 

SONEE Consulting managed the design and delivery of all utility relocations on behalf of the contractor John Holland. SONEE Consulting acted as the RMS traffic manager for the project. SONEE Consulting managed the rail systems installations and interface with Sydney Trains on the project. 

SONEE Consulting managed the construction of the flyover bridge at Glenfield of the Southern Sydney Freight Line on  behalf of the contractor Leighton Contractors. 

SONEE Consulting managed the testing and commissioning of the Stratford International Line Extension, as well as acted as the Trial Operations Manager on behalf of the client Docklands Light Rail in the UK. SONEE Consulting acted as the Project Manager and handback engineer for the design, construction and commissioning of the Docklands Light Rail 3-Car Capacity Enhancement project on behalf of the operator Serco Docklands. SONEE Consulting acted as the Senior Engineer for the construction of flyover bridge at Canning Town as part of the 3-Car Capacity Enhancement project on behalf of the contractor PJ Carey.
